Using remote desktop software our team can monitor your mission critical systems and provide proactive support. Day to day user queries are often solved within minutes using our remote service, helping to maximise your business productivity.
Beyond this we offer additional services including consultancy and development, within the scope of our service contracts we can provide assistance and advice covering all aspects of your systems and services along with providing solutions to your on-going business needs.
Our service contracts are available on a pay-as-you-go no fix no fee basis or a fixed monthly charge with unlimited call outs.
We offer support for Microsoft products and services including Windows 8, Apple products including iPhone and iPad, Linux, Ubuntu, networking equipment including Cisco, D-Link, Netgear, Draytek and HP. Our professional experienced support service is based in Bristol, we do not have call centres we have trained engineers only. We do not have hold queues or automatic telephone systems.
‘Unlimited Support’ – Fixed Monthly Support Service charges
Server Support R2600.00 per month.
PC Support R400.00 per month.
Laptop Support R500.00 per month.
Router/Firewall Support R600.00 per month.
Printer Support R320.00 per month per device.
Network Equipment including wifi access points, IP Phones, Smartphones R90.00 per month per device.
‘Pay as you go’ – No Fix No Fee – Support Service charges
Remote Support R350.00 per hour, minimum 30 mins.
On-Site IT Support R450.00 per hour, minimum 1 hour, then 30 min intervals.
Out of Hours On-Site Support R550.00 per hour, minimum 1 hour.
Out of Hours Remote Support R450.00 per hour, minimum 1 hour.
